Airtable at the heart of how the business runs day to day
As Sarah Haran's range grew to thousands of SKUs, information about leather, hardware, costs and suppliers scattered across spreadsheets and basic questions about margin became hard to answer. Over three years I built a connected Airtable setup across four linked bases covering products, inventory, marketing and customers, synced to Shopify so data updates itself.
The product base calculates costs across five currencies, analyses margins at different discount levels and generates SKUs before anything goes live, with reorder alerts tuned to 120-day lead times. RFM scoring predicts next order dates and flags drifting high-value customers before they drift too far. Airtable now sits at the centre of how Sarah plans and runs the business.
