Building a customer base for a luxury hat brand
Romualda make hand-painted hats, garments and accessories, well known within the fashion industry but less so outside it. I built the tracking first, then tested across Instagram, Google and email. The finding that changed everything was that art audiences consistently outperformed fashion audiences as a target.
The campaign drove over 50,000 website visits and contributed to more than a quarter of online sales, with systematic testing replacing guesswork with a clear picture of where buyers actually were.
