The Interactive Introverts tour had 88 dates, a combined audience of 20 million and BBC Studios backing, but selling it wasn't the challenge. Making the case to sponsors ranging from digital-native platforms to traditional corporate partners, often in the same week, was.
Starting from scratch, I designed a flexible deck Above The Fray could adapt for each opportunity, with audience demographics and tour performance presented honestly and tiered packages tied to real engagement data. Something that felt like the tour rather than a generic pitch document.
